We just had my son’s 5th birthday here. Can I say we were so happy with our experience. My son had the best time. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and accommodating. I loved the special touch added that they use chalk boards to identify the child and what room they are in. It wasn’t overly busy on a Saturday, I know that can change quick though depending on the amount of customers that come in. All in all we loved this experience and we will definitely be doing this again in the future for birthdays!

Today we had our children’s combined birthday party there. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that they gave me the time to set everything up and they had the best customer service! They were extremely accommodating and clear on the rules. I will Definitely be returning! 10 of of ten!!

It was even bigger and better than imagined! We had SO much fun! The snack and drink shop was very affordable! The toddler area was our favorite but there was so much to do! As an adult who is very overweight I found the play areas were easy for me to get through to play with my child! There are Lockers and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. Despite the volume of children, the area was not extremely loud. The background music was nice and you could hear it without it drowning you out. The arcade games are fun and you can save play points on the member card. I understand why people travel from all over to play here! It is well worth it! Please come to Pittsburgh PA!!!

Kids and hubby had a great time. Not too crowded and enough for my 12 year old to enjoy herself and make some new friends. The games are a little pricey, but they all work and the kids enjoyed them. This was a good experience and worth the 1 hour 7 minute trip.

Great play area for kids. A lot bigger than I thought it would be. My two year old played for a little over two hours and probably would have kept going. There’s a toddler area and also an all ages area.

It was $25 and change for my child, husband and I. The pass is for all day if you want to come back after going to have some lunch. Well worth the hour drive for us from Albany.

We went on a Monday, we traveled a little over an hour and it was worth the trip. I would say the age is from 1-8, my 8yr old had a great time but I could see him getting bored and he kept saying, if only it was bigger. It was really clean, the staff was inviting, and I did pack snacks for the kids but the snacks they had for sale were so reasonable I bought snacks and drinks instead, I want to support places that don’t try price gouge at every opportunity. This place really got the mark! We will be back.

I come here from over an hour away in NY. It's worth it with my 1 and 3 year olds. We love it here and the staff is always so wonderful.
